METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART 1979 SNOWFLAKE
You can see the reindeer in the design of this 1979 ornament. It is marked M.M.A., 1979 and sterling. I don't know why the picture came out so tarnished looking. It is beautiful shiny sterling. The only thing I know is my scanner has clouded under the glass and I have not been able to figure out how to clean it. It is 3 1/4" in diameter and in excellent condition. Inventory #MMA51. SOLD

TRUMPETING ANGEL ORNAMENT
This ornament was adapted from a leaf from a Beatus Manuscriitp Spanish(Benedictine Monastery of San Pedro de Cardena), late 12th century. This ornament is from the Cloisters Collection. It is marked M.M.A. 1993. I have the original descriptive paper and folder that it came in. It is 3 7/8" by 2 1/4". It is photoetched in brass and electroplated with gold and silk-screened with red and green. Inventory #ORN105. The price is $85.00.
