The handles are sterling silver and marked with the Roger Williams Silver Co. Logo or Trade Mark and sterling. The Roger Williams Silver Co. was in business from 1900 to 1913 so that is the age of the shears. The shears part is silver plate and marked 52. They are in excellent condition. They are 6 3/8" long.
