| This Stieff Rose Pitcher is marked Stieff, Sterling, an O (designates manufacture in 1949), hand chased and 311 1/2. It is 8 7/8" at the highest part. It is 9 1/8" from spout to end of handle. It is about 6" in diameter at the widest part. The bottom is 4 3/8" in diameter at the bottom. The pitcher holds 2 quarts if filled only to the top of the chased design or 2 1/2 quarts if filled half way up the neck. This piece is fantastic condition. I find no problems. The design is crisp and beautifully done. |
